![]() Saturday afternoon, we fished to the east again and had beautiful weather and the conditions were much better. It was non stop action with jumbo sea bass, some nice fluke and a couple mackerel and blues. Everyone caught fish and had some fillets to take home for dinner! Our pool winner was Janice Russo from Warminster, PA.
Sunday morning we had good blue fishing. We had excellent readings and great fishing but it slowed down on the slack tide. Once the tide changed the blues bit better the last half of the day. They were mostly 2-4 lbs with some 5 pounders mixed in. There were also some nice porgies. Our pool winner was Derek. Sunday afternoon, we picked at the porgies. We had great readings but they did not want to bite too well. The last drop of the night they started to bite better. There were also a couple of blues in the mix. Our pool winner was a tie between Michelle Ginart from Wayne, NJ and Jason Thomas from Frazer, PA. This morning, we had a fantastic day of angling. There were great readings along with super fishing all day long. We had nice long drifts with action all around the boat on 2-5 lb blues. Plain and tailed ava 27’s worked the best. Our pool winner was a tie between Colin Kennedy from Toms River, NJ and Ish Cortez from North Philadelphia, PA. With all of this heat and humidity, both the Miss Belmar Princess and the Royal Miss Belmar have fully air conditioned cabins if you want to stay cool in this summer heat! The Miss Belmar Princess is sailing daily for blues, bonito and mackerel from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and every afternoon from 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. for fluke, sea bass and ling. The Royal Miss Belmar is sailing daily from 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for fluke, sea bass and ling. The Miss Belmar Princess is the largest, fastest and cleanest fishing boat in Belmar. With Miss Belmar's 3 engines and a total of 2,100 horsepower, she is the first boat to the fishing grounds every day and we guarantee it. No other boat comes close. Try us and you'll see why. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
