Default Rhode Island

Any suggestions for fluke fishing in Rhode Island?? Any recommendations for a good party boat?? Also what type of rigs etc recommended?

I've done pretty good on frances fleet. For rigs, use a high-lo rig similar to sea bass rig, but with small bucktails instead of regular hooks. Also I use a knot called grand banks knot which i feel gives better action to the jigs.
