Golden Eagle - GOOD FISHING ON TUNA TRIP
TUNA TRIP REPORT - IT WAS GOOD FISHING!
We ended up with 3 BLUEFIN in the boat with one over 100 lbs. and we ended up loosing about 18 of them, 4 or 5 right at the boat. We also boated about a dozen to 18 BLUEFISH in the 5 to 10 lb. range. Most everything was jigs. There might have been a couple TUNA FISH on bait. We also had a THRESHER SHARK near the the boat that was hooked which was probably 250 to 300 lbs. but he broke the line. It was a good trip with a lot of action but unfortunately we didn’t get as many in the boat as we wanted to but we did good.
