I have been to the most of the boats in Brielle/ PP/ Belmar. i did not hear of any party boats having heated railings. perhaps a glove can help you better.

Not sure about the type of arthritis you have.. providing you some links as below.

This funny. The man who is likely older suffering from arthritis asked about heated hand rails.

Telling him about a thing called "gloves" must make him appear to be treated like an f'ing retard.

Tell him about miracle copper wrist bracelets, brass rings to wear or even curative bronze rod enemas for arthritis... NOW we are being informative. LMAO

Gambler no, Norma & Jamaica yes. You could fry an egg on certain J hot spots. Making fun or scoffing at heated hand rails is stupid. Wish they all had them

Unless its been repaired, a good portion of the Prowlers rails aren't working any longer, You can see where they have been blocked off.. They worked along the sides from just forward of the wheelhouse aft. The forward third or more is inoperative on both sides, unless something has changed. Last time I went there togging, I was wondering why everyone was crowded aft, and I and one or two others were toward the bow, until I tried to find the heated rails.. Doesn't matter much, still a good boat and captain, and heated rails are nice but not that important when the fishing is good.. bob
