Which Party Boats out of Belmar,PP or Brielle Have heated hand rails? Want to go Toggin but have trouble with my hands AKA Arthritis.

I have been to the most of the boats in Brielle/ PP/ Belmar. i did not hear of any party boats having heated railings. perhaps a glove can help you better.

Unless its been repaired, a good portion of the Prowlers rails aren't working any longer, You can see where they have been blocked off.. They worked along the sides from just forward of the wheelhouse aft. The forward third or more is inoperative on both sides, unless something has changed.
