![]() Check out the Mayport Fishing Fleet. Local guides and clean party boats. Mayport is right next to the inlet. The city of Jacksonville is a bit of a ride from the ocean so plan accordingly. Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach has a different feel than the city. Great seafood ( Safe Harbor) in Mayport. Make sure you taste the Mayport shrimp while you are there. The area has some very fresh, tasty and local fish like cobia, hogfish, yellowtail and mangrove snappers, swordfish, tilefish, mahi, wahoo, king mackerel and more. Enjoy your stay.
