Miss Belmar - GREAT DAY FOR BLUES!

Yesterday afternoon, we finally started to see a good number of fluke out there. We caught some keepers, with lots of throw-backs. We also caught plenty of sea bass, which were all thrown back. Overall, it was a great night. We had a stunning view of the sunset, and everyone on-board had lots of fun!

I got an early report today from Captain Lenny at 12:30 P.M. We had another fantastic day of blue fishing! We were fishing north of Shark River Inlet with excellent action all day! Ava 27's, plain and tailed, were working great. The blues were about 2-4 lbs each. We had plenty of readings and were able to catch some nice long drifts. Most anglers reached their limit of blues by 12:30 P.M. and we had some fluke and Bonita mixed in, as well.

This afternoon's trip has been cancelled. We plan to resume our normal schedule tomorrow.

Sailing daily for Stripers & Blues from 7:30 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. and every afternoon for Fluke & Sea Bass from 4:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M.
