Miss Belmar - BLUES, SEA BASS & MACKEREL
August 23rd, 2018
Yesterday we drifted over the mussel beds out to the east, and had a nice catch of keeper sea bass. We also caught some blues and mackerel! The pool winner was Dillon Kalawek from Hopewell, NJ. We looked along the beach this morning for the blues. We saw some bird life with fish on the surface, but we were only able to pick at a few blues. We ended up running off-shore and anchored up over the rocky bottom. We picked away at the sea bass and had great mackerel fishing! The pool winner was Jeff Jenaitis from Dublin, PA. Sailing daily for Stripers & Blues from 7:30 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. and every afternoon for Fluke & Sea Bass from 4:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. Join us as we bottom fish and mammal watch and then catch the most stunning sunset on the ride home. Bring your friends, family and children. This trip is fun for all ages and a must for everyone!
