Default Fat Old Bass

Caught my biggest bass of the summer this weekend on a 4" black senko. Weighed just shy of 4 pounds and quickly released.

Still havent been able to beat my 4.3 pounder I got through the ice earlier this year

I'm ready to beat that this fall!

That thing is incredibly fat! That's a nice fish. Surprised that's only 4 lbs.

I thought it was going to be heavier as well. Maybe I need a new scale. Unfortunately I didnt get a length.

I am long arming it a bit in the pic.... but this thing was thick.

Agreed, that fish tops 4 pounds in my opinion. General rule of thumb for me anyway is a 20" fish is about 5 pounds but that fish is fat!
