Rock bottom weekend fluke report
Sat:
Had out our regular group for the FSOS tournament; Dales,sharkey,joe z, Rich, mark, and jr. Started bright an early at 530 with a decent drift and a little life but not much. Did tons of traveling to try and find something to get going. Eventually the drift was over 2knots and we even tried anchoring on a few spots. Finally got some action going late in the day around 3 or so, so we stuck it out for a while to put some meat in the boat. Ended the day with 10 keepers and a couple close to 6 lbs. can’t thank the guys enough for grinding it out and working hard all day. Sun: Had a fun trip today with SR. Steph, Shawn and Beatriz. Much better fishing than Saturday with our limit to 8.9lbs as well as a limit of seabass. Had life almost everywhere we went and towards the end we were able to pick and choose what fish we wanted. We have 2 spots open this Saturday for fluke and 6 on sunday
