Thurs. 8/2 Striped Bass limits up to 25lbs on AM and PM trips - NYC Sportfishing **
Thursday the Striped bass fishing remained excellent
On the AM trip Kurt, Bob and the guys started out early getting a quick 5 man striped bass limit then went on to catch and release another 5- 6 nice striped bass. Afterthis the guys wanted to switch over to fluke but we had poor conditions and ended up with a 22 inch keeper and a few shorts before calling it a morning. On the PM trip Chris P. and his two sons Alex and Sean had lights out bass fishing with bass up to 25lbs and a bunch of double headers. They quickly got a limit and releasing another 12+ beautiful striped bass before heading in a couple hours early. Fishing for striped bass is EXCELLENT - call today to get in on the action.
