![]() Thursday was decent fluking on both morning and afternoon trips. Pretty good action with shorts and keepers up to 4 lbs. Gene D caught his limit and won the pool with a 4.2 lber on the afternoon trip. He was working a bucktail.
Friday morning was tough conditions with choppy seas and the fluke didn't bite too well but we did have a little sea bass action at the end. Our night trip was very good Thursday night with ling (red hake) mixed sizes up to 4 lbs. Squid were all around the boat and if you wanted, you could catch a mess of them too

![]() Great trip. Had about 35. A few newbies near me struggled but scratched out a decent haul. The sharpies on the port side did as well or better than me. There were 2 guys that teamed up for over 90 ling. Vacuum packing my fillets now....mmmm. Another plus, Thurs night was about as beautiful a night on the water you could ask for. Great boat, cool mates, bent rods and perfect weather
A real nice treat. Thanks Capt....hope to see you out there again soon.
