Sandy Hook Bay Quick Trip

Got out around 11 with a strong NW wind causing a bad wind against tide. Wind died out a bit and finally didn’t have to power drift anymore. Managed one nice fish around 5 lbs and countless shorts in the reach and shallows. Fish was loaded with grass shrimp. Not a banner day by any means but any day out with pops is a win for me.
