![]() Hello everybody, new poster here. Gonna try and report everytime I go this year so here goes. After having decent Striper fishing and a Flounder skunk on a windy St Patty's wknd, I went back down to Waretown. Walked the bank for bass Sat am for about an hour got nothing. Went back out with the boat later and got 5 Flounder and 2 Bass. Weather was nice water temp 50. Used homemade chum, clams, mussels, garden and blood worms all the flatties were caught on mussels. Had alot of bites but they were super finicky, if I held the pole or bounced my rig they were gone. The fish I filleted had tiny clams in their bellies.

![]() Thanks for making me welcome here. Looking forward to sharing info. The area I fished has warmer water temp year round. I like to bring a variety of bait when fishing for Flounder. The mussels were what they wanted on Saturday for sure.
