Thanks to all the wonderful volunteers doing these clean ups, but I still don't understand why NJ people feel the need to load the streams with garbage.. We have streams in NY state that run through urban areas as well.. Plenty of cities up here too.. Nowhere are the streams and rivers laden down with tires and garbage.. I don't get the mindset down there... bob
