I'm not done--just was done with the rant...
I only eat fish I've caught...except for shrimp. Yea I know, but it fits into my "exceptions to the rule" guide.
I don't think anything's gonna get changed for commercial quotas until NMFS is cleaned out, after all it was formed back in the 1800's to protect the U.S. commercial fishery---and it's obvious it still is for the commercials and the recreationals be damned.
