Caught them years ago but had to troll way behind the boat with a weighted Clark spoon or small Japanese feathers. Don't recall the speed, sort of medium. But the lure had to be back a ways or they wouldn't hit. As far as table fare, they were delicious if eaten that night or the next day. I froze them once and they didn't hold up but they were absolutely delicious fresh. Probably good sushi for those on the board in the know. Enjoy!

So.....Im a fat guy who is a picky eater....try and figure that out
![]() That being said, i liked it. First time i ever cooked them. just filleted, left skin on a grilled until done. Thought they were a little soft but overall tasted pretty good. I'm sure guys who have caught cooked and eaten more than I have will have better advice. bottom line is id def eat them again but wouldn't freeze and defrost only eat fresh.
