GAMBLER --Fluke/Sea Bass and Schedule Change
Gambler fishing overall has been good this week. Sunday was a little slower, but I think it was just due to a cold undercurrent that day.
Only a few days left before they close the sea bass on us for 10 days but we have been catching fluke every trip. The fluke have been running anywhere from short little guys up to 4 or 5 lbs. (A 7+ lber is leading our monthly fluke derby now.) Starting this weekend (Father's Day weekend) Gambler will change schedule to half days, running two trips everyday --8AM till 12:30 and 2PM till 6:30. Gambler will primarily target fluke but we will also run into other catches on our fluke drifts. Trips are sailing at reduced capacity for your comfort Heated cabin with hot-food galley Book on-line or show-up at the dock --if we are not fully booked, we will gladly get you on-board.
