Great White shark encounter while Sea Bassing

My daughter and I were fishing for Black Sea Bass a few miles off Point Pleasant Beach. As I was reeling in a Sea Bass, a great white came up and out of the water trying to get the bass. I caught the encounter on video

Nothing new about taking his daughter fishing, Shrimpman. Rammfish has been doing that for years now, and I often chuckle as his daughter frequently outfishes the old master.......Priceless for everyone especially the Dad....Keep catching them up, K.

That is great!!! One of my mistakes in life was not taking my children more. I was very selfish. Thought fishing was MY TIME. BIG MISTAKE. Trying to fix that now. Hard to admit but true.

We are all here in Florida now and I’m planning on taking the dirty shrimp out of mothballs and take them now. I guess it’s never too late.

That’s awesome. That is an amazing first experience for her to have.

I’m wondering if there are more white sharks around this year with the increase in dead marine mammals.
