Mixed bag

Caught 3 common carp to 7.5 lbs, 3 bluegills, 2 golden shiners, an 18” channel catfish and a musk turtle with ShopRite canned whole kernel corn on a #4 gold hook and 4 lb test line in the 72 degrees Millstone River this evening in the rain. Fish bite best in the rain. Landed 32 carp and 17 turtles this year. Ultralight fishing is lots of fun.

That's some real good action ! I can't tell how many times I've been skunked on the Millstone ! LOL !

Only caught three fish to 4 lbs with canned corn on 4 lb test line on the other side of the Millstone River this evening. My Mitchell Avocet reel worked great.
