Lake Ontario fishing recommendation

Hi everyone, I'm looking to take my son fishing before school starts sometime med August. want to go salmon fishing to get it off the bucket list.
All suggestions are welcome. Boat charter, shore fishing, lodging etc...

If you don't mind the drive out to the west end of the lake I would also recommend Capt. Vince of the Thrillseeker. He wants the fish worse than you do. Great guy.
