Thumbs up Raritan river MEGA float 7/28/19:

Things are coming along nicely. Not many fishermen, more people swimming than anything else. Went from Raritan Borough to Piscataway.
Water was a little stained which made it hard to see at times but we did our best.

nice report andy... hey how old is your canoe? that thing has been through some tough work conditions.. did you get any chance to wet a line? that stretch in the photos looked good for smallmouth. and you are still finding those statues i see.

I thought that spot was blocked off? Did they just park elsewhere anyways? lol. They should remove the barricades if they cant even stop the party-goers from entering. Just makes it harder for the fishermen, hikers, and bikers.

Nice float and nice haul.

Looks like a good trip to me! So that's how you're supposed to transport a canoe/kayak on a pickup..
