![]() It was proposed that the allowable catch for blue line tile fish was 8 on party boat, 5 on charter boat and 3 on a private boat. I don't know if the above was adopted or not but they are supposed to take into account the social and economic impact of any proposed regulation. I bet it costs more per fish caught on a private boat than a charter or party boat, thus putting more money into the economy. Do you get the feeling they are try to push the recreational off the water? Our recreational representatives on the counsels are doing one hell of a job!!!

![]() On 5, yes five, tuna trips to the canyons aboard the Gambler this year, I can count on one hand the number of tiles--TOTAL--caught. Oh, that goes for the last two years as well....it's a wonder there are any left out there.....
