Nice fish dudes! They are super fun to catch. Pound for pound they're some strong Salmonids! Good stuff!!!

P.S. Highly recommend going for them through the ice if certain waters freeze nicely! Epic battle on the panfish popper style rods!!!

Any idea how those silver bullets eat outta nj waters? Looks primo for the smoker

I kept some 2 years ago they are quite tasty. I think I butterflied them and grilled them seasoned. I'd compare them to the rainbows in rvr that have been hold over and feeding naturally for a while (not the freshly stocked ones). I didn't have them smoked but I'm sure that'd be good too.
