Nice fish dudes! They are super fun to catch. Pound for pound they're some strong Salmonids! Good stuff!!!

I kept some 2 years ago they are quite tasty. I think I butterflied them and grilled them seasoned. I'd compare them to the rainbows in rvr that have been hold over and feeding naturally for a while (not the freshly stocked ones). I didn't have them smoked but I'm sure that'd be good too.
