So first off...I am not an expert at this by any means

..but in searching the internet learning as much as I can I found this video where circle hooks are used for a fluke rig. Makes some good points about the benefits related to less gut hooking. Can't speak to it from personal use but all info is good in my book ...whether it teaches what to do or not do!
