Gulp juice?

Does anyone have any idea of what that liquid the Gulp stuff comes in, or anything that might be used in its place?

They sell the liquid by itself, called Gulp Recharge; I've seen them at Dicks and local bait/tackle shops:



I usually just get a container of the gulp alive, comes with a good amount of juice + baits.
