Default Pompano bite remains strong

The pompano bite here, South Hutchinson Island, remains excellent. A limit catch today in 45 minutes and then into a catch and release mode. Sand flea scented Fishbites continues to be the hot bait. Large whiting, croakers, jacks, and bluefish are also in the mix..

Ed, I'll do my best but they are starting to move north along the beaches. Water is warming down here and some snook are already showing in the first trough . Tarpon won't be far behind . Hope you guys have a great spring bass run. Give my best to your family .
