Went out again today trying more for perch than crappie. It was much colder, ice on my guides. And windier. Blowing right in my face rather than on my back like yesterday. Before I froze my finger tips off I managed 8 perch but nothing over 10" and 7 crappie mostly smaller than yesterday. They seemed to prefer the mini mite today.

to much of the "W" yesterday.the fish were there just not wanting to bite.the jig was the bait of choice also.
