BOUNTY HUNTER - Mackerel & Blues With The Phil Narducci Charter, 8/2
The Phil Narducci charter returned to the Bounty Hunter for another day of Bluefishing. Today Paul decided to run offshore to put Phil's group on the Mackerel & small Blues. We were the first boat on the grounds and it did not take long to locate the solid reads. The fish were feeding on Sand Eels and an Ava 27 Or 47 with two teasers was the way to go. Today the Mackerel dominated the bite. When the guy's called it a day at noon they had boxed 150 Mackerel and 34 Blues. We went home with a box full of fish and a charter with tired arms. It was another good day with Phil and his crew. Hope to see them back for some November Striped Bass fishing
