Why is Monksville so slow? And does anyone know if it's oxygen depleted in summer? Hopatcong has awful oxygen depletion, and yet the lake's fishery thrives...

I fished with Steven Carey, creator of the Binsky blade bait, at Skunskville and we were killing the eyes on the Binsky!
