First outing of 2015 for me!

Went out fishing for the first time this year with my buddies, their nephews and my nephew. Didnt really get to fish much since I was helping out the kids with their rods. First went to Darlington Park in Mahwah and couldn't even get a sunny for the kids then went to Garfield for some trout. Saw big ones rising but couldn't catch any. Was more disappointed that the kids couldn't catch any but they seemed to have a good time and that's all that counts. Rather see them outside then inside the house playing video games. Taught all the kids the famous line too "that's why they call it fishing and not catching" Told them its still cold once it warms up you guys will catch some fish.

Way to be with the kids !! Wait till that water warms up and it'll be light out on sunfish !! Keep us posted, get some pics too.
