Correction, we start at 7am at the Hackettstown Hatchery.
This program is on its 9th year, with great success! This is my second year on the stocking team. This program differs from stocking on the Raritan and other rivers. The fish are placed throughout the river, not just thrown off bridge overpasses. It takes the pressure off the fish, allows for a greater hold over population and allows anglers to fish the entire river for Trout.
If you are looking for new places to fish, volunteer.. you will not be disappointed!. It's THE BEST way to learn the Musconetcong River. You will see places to fish that are impossible to figure out on your own.
