Default Tog

Had a great day on the water today with my 16 year old son that was off from school and my buddy Steve Novack. The bite was much better today, opposed to last Thursday despite the approaching full moon and the stronger tides that go with it. Made 2 drops today and my 16 year old had the hot hand putting on a clinic to the point that I had to shake my head in disbelief boating about 25 tog to 5lbs to Steve and I that had about 20 fish. Out of the approximately 45 fish 17 of the fish would have been keepers. The fish were caught in about 40 feet of water. Great day on the water and some special memories for sure.

As much as we all think we know what we are doing, it`s certainly a humbling experience to get our asses kicked every once in a while. Today was one of those days that I could have used help from a psychiatrist whose clientele consisted of guys who fish for tog. Thanks for the response.

You sure should we need all the young blood we can get. Love it when the boys share their energy with the men.
