Percy won't let you leave his house till you throw right... Or your arm falls off, and if you practice on grass for a few more days, say 10 throws, you will have it down, the only thing I changed with his technique was to put my back to the fish instead of side and turn to them using my bodies momentum to get the net to spin out further, good luck.
