Default D & R Canal Fishing 4/17

Went to several spots around the Princeton area. No hits on either bait or spinners. Much of the same story for several I talk to. They fish 2-3 dead sticks with worm or power bait hoping a trout picks the bait up off the bottom. The water is real slow and I got bored with fishing in that kind of environment. Much prefer the fast trout waters up north. Fishing from the bank with no waders on reminds me of the old catfishing days. Boring! No technique required.

Were you parked off of Alexander Road? I saw a truck with some sort of boat in the lot, but didn't have time to stop.

I was there with a truck but without a boat. I also fished south of there.
