Trout stocking duke island park

I talked to Shawn Crouse at the trout meeting this past Saturday. Shawn is in charge of the Raritan basin watershed area. He said yes 24,000 trout will be stocked in the Raritan river from Duke Island Park to the tide line in New Brunswick. He talked to me about stocking points on the Raritan river, chances are if a truck can get in there, trout will be stocked. Definately spots like Robert St. and Nevius St, but also spots like Peters Brook Greenway in Somerville (where a clean up is planned) Manville, and Riverside Park and Johnson Park.
