Walk all the way up where the bay meets the ocean and fish the rip.

Why Sandy Hook ? Permits, long walks, cars broken into, park rangers, meet me in Bay Head. Short walk, no permits, no people, great contour on the beach, 7-11 right there.

I'd spend the $58 and jump on one of the great PB's out of Atlantic Highlands. Put a Ava diamond jig on with a green tail and you'll have a great shot to get a nice fall bass. Good Luck!!!

Now is the time to get out on the salt. We got 3 yesterday off IBSP between 20 and 25 lbs.

I caught, tagged and released 2 to 28.5" at IBSP last night on a Bomber. Go catch them again.
