6 oz diamond jigs with treble hooks should be the lure of choice for fishing the Passaic River.

I believe I seen the very 2 jet skiers the one day I checked out the river around 2 bridges. I was pretty surprised to see them fly through like they did that day. I have a bit of a short temper, had I been fishing that day and they made a second pass like the first, my lure would have intercepted their paths. I have no tolerance for asshats.

Give it to em back and knock em the f*ck out if you ever see where they are parked........that'll teach em good.....I like the tie a rope across the river too but that could cause major problems...lol

i don't own a jet ski, but these comments don't really make sense to me. jet skis are legal to run in a river.

sure, the guy's an ass if he deliberately makes multiples passes right in front of you, but if they're just passing through... suck it up.

it's no different from water skiiers on lake hopatcong, cigarette boats on raritan bay, or pleasure kayaks on splitrock res... all just part of the game of fishing.

I think the difference is that these douches seem to enjoy "waking" kayakers and other small boats. There's bad boater etiquette and then there's just plain being an ass; these guys seem to have both those checked off the list.

yeah, that's just being an *******. they probably act like that even when they aren't on jet skis. so definitely the problem is the person operating it, not the ski. unfortunately being an ******* isn't illegal...

just to clear things up,I do not condone violence as a solution and that can only lead to alot worse things......I was just kidding(well, sort of)..I understand your frustration completely though.......
