Can't wait to get back out on the water and try to catch a blackfish. If I was making the odds, since there are 41 people, and the top 15 go on, I should be about the same odds as hitting that powerball lottery tonight without a ticket to make the Mimi Trip!

The boarding order has remained the same. As someone has cancelled, I just deleted that name and changed the boarding number LOWER by 1; each time.

1. LAB - Reigning Champ and there hasn't been a repeat in 4 years, not even close. Between work, dogs, babysitting weekends and other committments I haven't been able to get out fishing. But with this group, I won't need to. 4-1

2. Scooter - Original Champ and one of the more unique techniques. He can stand in the bow, wind in his face all day long. Just don't ask him where the sun rises or sets. Probably won't make Mimi cut but still gets props @ 10-1

3. Loud - I've HEARD he is going to be wearing headphones and listening to inspirational music/speakers all day. In the words of Biggie............"now you know..........". He'll outfish BlackCloud and may make cut for Mimi but....15-1

4. Clam - Will lead Team BNR and be fishing both days. A serious challenger @ 3-1

5. Socks - This ain't ling fishing on Tagged Fish; how's it go??? ...... snowball's chance in hell??? 1 day and done @ 25-1

6. Tats - New ring on his finger and one in his nose. New bride has already told him he's NOT making the Mimi cut. ha ha ha 20-1

7. Foul - Maybe without Rob B, Tony will be able to grow a pair and stand on his own. They've been like conjoined twins for the past 4 years. 20-1

12. Stellios - Every year I put low odds on this horse and he FAILS......miserably. He's known for catching limits and he did once dead-stick a 19#er in Delaware but we're fishing in NJ and it's only ONE FISH. 5-1

13. Lefty - Are the Giant's home on 12/16? Because he'll be able to attend the game without worrying about missing a fishing trip. 99-1

14. Baccala - Re-united with his BFF but neither of them have shown me a damn thing lately. 44-1

15. FinS - New father, world reknown antiquer and survivor of association with the BBSs. Fastest reeler in the state MAY get the fish to the surface fast but it's not about speed Booby, it's quality. 8-1

16. MVP - Another Blah Blah Blah..........Personal Best on a charter in Rhode Island. Personal Best on a charter in Maryland. Guess what Alex........we're fishing in NJ 61-1

18. KurtisB - Thought his beard looked better than mine and thought he'd outfish me; LAST YEAR. This year I'm clean shaven and wearing the PUOSU IV HAT. Two trips, no hat 10-1

19. Gerry Z - A mate's nightmare. 'Can you re-tie me?' AGAIN??????? Got lucky ONE year in -25 degree weather and outfished me. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. 200-1 ONE AND DONE

21. Boston - Another annual chalk that balks. Actually had to drive up to UB to pick him up last year then drive him home after the trip. ** TEAM Blackfish Bobby - last year they caught limits (well RJ caught his and dad's). They LIVE on this boat and know the captain's tendencies when anchoring. If they look up to Captain Quinn then move............follow them. Don't let the disarming smiles fool you. Drop over their shoulder, squeeze between them. They'll run that flying wedge all over the boat. I've seen Bobby send the young one to sneak between guys getting a bite (who's gonna say no to a kid?) then HE moves in and pulls the fish outta the hole.
