either way i'm eating it! snakehead are bad for the ecosystem so i am doing my civic duty and a bowfins the closest i am getting to eating a dinosaur!

Bowfin is not very tasty is my understanding a florda fellow call it a plank fish... Cook in on a board over the fire for 20 mins then scrape tge fish off and eat the plank.. Up to u had snakehead in florida cant remember if it was ne good
