NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in se swell.

NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas building to 8 to 12 ft in se swell. Highest winds and seas se.

Lets see , go out in 20 to 35 kt or 5 to 15 kt ? Looks like you guys won the Weather Lottery . I think that the Weather Report may get even better since that storm blew through .

Here's the thing --I don't like to beat anyone-up. It just leaves a bad taste for anyone who's ever gotten stuck out there. I also know that I'd get killed on this site if I did the wrong thing.

The Gambler is a big, fat heavy boat, too.

A ground swell is just a long lazy roll that we should hardly notice, especially at anchor and especially when they call for "long period swells" as they do at the top of the report. We were out fluking during the last system that passed offhore and once you got past the breakers, you could barely tell you were on the ocean.

Unless that wind report increases, we will go.

I am keeping a constant eye on it.
