If I have my 15 Bass filleted with skin attached that is my posession limit . I can't take extra fish home . Each angler should only have his possession limit . Who cares who caught them as long as they are what that person can possess legally when they step off the boat . If it said 15 @12.5" 15 in posession then you can only have 15 . So is the law a catch limit and not possession limit?????? Are you only allowed to catch a limit..... are you only allowed to keep a limit ......or are you only allowed to be in possession of a limit when stopped returning from a fishing trip?
