rockaway river adventure

Every time we drive to my Father-In-Laws, we pass that park on Main St. where it looks more like a lake on both sides. I'm always looking to see if anyone is fishing it (usually there isn't). I've had some luck with smallies on the rockaway over by Denville and spotted quite a few muskrat over there. If we make it over to the Denville Street Fair on Sunday, I'm bringing my rod Looks like it'll be a washout though.
