for a 9.9 you can find a great price anywhere online, and many ship free. depends on what you can do yourself and who to use. If your handy a 9.9 remote setup isnt bad, remember u need controls, cables, key harness, wire harness too, they add up and add in labor. And to second as said above Doug at morris county marine is a personal friend of mine and is very fair and honest.
