It is blatantly unconstitutional and illegal for law enforcement to surveil the innocent to find the guilty.. Yet thats what you and others are advocating.,no other way around it. Enjoy getting stopped regularly in your perfectly safe, legal, well maintained and compliant boat just because others night be drunk, unsafe,non compliant?
