![]() Baked Cod with tomato
Ingredients 1/2 lb Cod Fillet 3 slices of tomato 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tbsp Butter Non-stick spray 1/4 cup Itallian Bread Crumbs Dash of salt Dash of pepper 1/4 tsp parsley flakes Lemon wedge Heat oven to 400 degrees 1) Spray small oven safe baking dish with Non-stick spray 2) Place rinsed fish in dish and coat with olive oil, bread crumbs and tomato 3) Pat with butter and sprinkle with parsley flakes 4) Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15minutes till fish flakes easily Enjoy!
