does the gas tax (to repair roads ) include marine fuel .

Better yet, get a hybrid and screw the government out of payments for roads you actually use. They avoid the tax and should be paying. Electric cars go nowhere without a road. And they are not paying for anything unlike everyone else.
Getting the electric and hybrid cars to pay their fair share would a good start. Don't you think? Quote:
