The law does not say anything about how many u can catch.. it says how many u can have possession of..

The limit is for possession. If you are caught with your limit plus the "crews" share you are in violation. This rule does not change when you get to car. As far as catching fish for a greenie and putting it in his cooler, that is fine, because you do not possess it.

How about this..... The stocks are healthy , matter a fact they are about the healthiest they have been in most of our life times. The angler success rate is so good due to the abundance of fish that quotas are achieved or exceeds with the current size , season and bag limits. Now to change the current status of the seabass fishery thier are a number of options. Some can be supported by facts others by opinions , but they could help all anglers have access to this healthy fishing. This is a partial list.... Declare the biomass at twice it's current size, declare angler participation at half it's current levels, challenge MFSS and angler success rates, double quotas and challenge they will not have a negitive impact on the stocks .... These are just a few options to help anglers regain year round access. The bottom line is pointing fingers at another angling group fishing under a quota is about as wrong as one could be. But then again trueth and the Internet

i would rather watch a rodent look for his shadow, they got fined, they got caught, who cares who is right and who is wrong.. i kill my limit as often as i can, and guess what? i dont even take them home to cook...

Hey guys, Just got back from a local auction, what an entertaining event!!! They were actually trying to auction off a snow shovel, here in SW Florida, Punta Gorda!!! Guess some snow bird brought it down, thinking, "hey you never know?" Anyways, time to think about the spring fishing that is right around the corner, if you can't do that, come on down to Fla.!!!
