Reel Class Sunday 5/15 Bass - SLOW day
Kind of a bizarre day today for us. Took the ride down the beach and put the spoons in. First bite was insane - the fish ROCKETED away from the boat and DUMPED the spool --- I backed down as quick as I could but the kind went limp. Broke off the leader AT the swivel. Heard of some BFTs around maybe we found one? Rest of the day we went 1-3 with the spoons Larry got a nice 23#er. Also tried the pods - NG. Kinda breezy! Tough day.... Things will get better!
