Default Fluke regs

We were at the dock in Neptune Marina on 7-5 after fishing and there were folks around gathering information from anglers, and logging catches. They specifically said weren't Fish & Game when my brother held up the carcasses. Sorry I cant remember the organization. I wonder how that data is used.

This is how it works, you catch fish, you are catching too many so they reduce the limits. You don't catch fish because there are not enough fish so they reduce the limits! So either way we are screwed. So catch and keep, them when you can!

Heres my 2 cents... You are not required to tell these people anything... Nope, sorry. We did not catch anything.

It does not matter what information they gather because the government will reach the conclusions they want with or without the data.
