Default Sandy Hook Bay/ Reach Channel

Fished from 8 til noon hit the deeper water first and managed a few short fluke. Went back to where we had them earlier in the week 19 feet of water and managed only 2 keepers with a lot of short fish. Nice day on the water with the south east wind. Back at it next week.

Honestly I never even looked. I know the bay was 63 the other day when we were out. The short fish we did get weren't "cold" to the touch. We were just fishing light bucktails and gulp with the south wind against the outgoing tide. Who knows bait might be more productive.
